Faculty of Arts
The faculty aims to train students in all aspects of artistic creation: acting, directing, visual arts, photography, production, distribution, management of works, staging... Many courses are taught by experienced professionals, thus placing artistic practice and access to technology at the heart of learning.

The faculty offers general courses in literature and language sciences. The courses offered enable students to develop and perfect their knowledge of French literature, general and comparative literature, ancient literature, linguistics and communication. At the same time, vocational academic courses prepare students for jobs in the library sector and in the communication sector.

Faculty of Foreign Languages and Cultures
The faculty of Foreign Languages and Cultures offers two types of complementary courses, covering a vast field ranging from the business world (LEA Bachelor's degree and Master's degree) to that of culture or research (LLCER, Master's degree in Languages and Societies, Master's degree in Education and Training). The courses offered give access to a wide range of professions, in fields as diverse as import-export or teaching and research.

The faculty of History and Geography proposes a progressive immersion of the student in his or her academic course, by ensuring a solid general basis in History and Geography. The course specialisations lead to careers in teaching, archive management, archaeology, or even to careers in development, the environment and urban planning.

Faculty of Law and Political Science
The faculty of Law and Political Science trains students in corporate law (business, social), general private law (criminal, property, litigation), health law, international and European law, and general public law. It is developing special relationships with the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal and the Administrative Court, formalised since 2019 by a partnership with a view to opening a legal clinic.

Part of the IAE network and an integral part of the UPJV, the IAE-Amiens trains in business management. The course content combines teaching and constant exchanges with the business world, offering its students recognised state qualifications and a sought-after professionalisation. Faculty of Medicine
The diverse academic courses on health and patient care provided by the faculty of Medicine are based on the SimUSantéactive teaching centre, which professionalises learning through digital and/or robotic simulation. Courses leads to the professions of speech therapist, orthoptist, midwife, masseur-physiotherapist, dental surgeon and, of course, doctor, whatever the mode of practice, from private practice to hospital, via research and the pharmaceutical industry. 40 to 45 medical specialties are offered, including about 15 in surgery.

The courses at the faculty of Pharmacy offer students three main career paths: pharmacist in a pharmacy, pharmacist in a hospital (internal pharmacy or biological analysis laboratory), and pharmacist in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry. Through competitive examinations, it is also possible to become a pharmacist-inspector for the Social Security or the Regional Health Agency or a pharmacist for the scientific police.

The UPJV National Higher Institute of Teaching & Education is present on 3 UPJV campuses: Amiens, Beauvais and Laon. In cooperation with the other UPJV departments, academic services and practicing teachers, the INSPÉ offers vocational training to students who want to become school teachers, middle and high school teachers and principal education advisors.
